Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance and the Department of Ecological Environment jointly issued the notice on awarding and replenishing funds for the 2022 Jiangsu Province Ecological Safety Buffer Zone Pilot Project (s.c.z.h. [2022] No. 36). 16 projects in 8 cities divided into districts in the province were included in with 74.26 million RMB financial support. The Fengpei Canal Ecological Restoration and Improvement Project in Peixian County, which is designed and constructed by ZEHO ECO, has successfully selected as Jiangsu Province Ecological Safety Buffer Zone Pilot Project and received a provincial financial subsidy of 4.05 million RMB yuan. The fund will be used for the construction and upgrading of ecological security buffer zone, pollution prevention and control, ecological environment protection and other related work, providing a strong guarantee for the improvement of the ecological environment quality of the county.
